To meet the growing needs of its customers and to stay ahead of the curves on the new FDA mandated GMPs scheduled to go into effect this year, ANS began building a new pharmaceutical grade facility in 2007. This project was completed in May of 2008 and now is home to one of the world’s premier contract manufacturers. Some of the facilities highlights are:
- State of the Art 132,000 square foot, environmentally friendly production facility.
- Designed with positive and negative air pressure to prevent cross contamination.
- Computer-controlled air handling system.
- On-site testing laboratory that is fully equipped and staffed to handle all new FDA regulations and is on a separate air handling system.
- Designated areas for distribution and fulfillment to meet customer needs.
- Additional production rooms for growth in tablets, capsules and packaging.
